What We Do

Multiple Capabilities. One Supplier.

Most finishers offer one or two coating services. We deliver four coating technologies plus metal fabrication and full product assembly, which means your project can be built, coated, assembled and shipped without changing hands or changing vendors.

The Advantage

Partnering With One Company Matters

Every handoff between suppliers is a chance for damage, bottlenecks, and ultimately risking not meeting time-lines.

Ranew's alleviates all the headaches. One purchase order for your entire project. And if something needs to change mid-program, there is one phone call to make.

  • One PO instead of three or four
  • No inter-vendor freight between process steps
  • A single ISO-certified quality system end to end
  • One scheduler coordinating the whole routing
  • Clear accountability when something goes wrong

Our Services

Shape Our Services to Fit Your Project

Each capability stands on its own. Combined, they cover the entire production process.

Electrostatic powder being applied to a steel component

Powder Coating

A dry powder finish applied to a surface and cured into a hard, uniform film. It provides strong corrosion and chip resistance, produces little to no solvent emissions, and allows overspray to be reclaimed in many applications. We use batch as well as conveyorized lines.

Rack of steel parts being immersed in an electrocoat dip tank

Electrocoating

An immersion coating process driven by electrical current. E-coat reaches weld seams, box sections and interior cavities that are nearly impossible to cover with spray, providing consistent corrosion protection and film build at production volume.

Technician spray-applying liquid industrial paint to a large weldment

Liquid Paint

Spray-applied finishes for large or complex products, exact color and gloss requirements, and applications that call for multiple colors or a specific appearance... matching customer specifications and production requirements.

Fabrication

Laser cutting, punching, forming, robotic and manual welding, and machining, supported by in-house tooling and FARO-verified inspection. We build to your print and can help reduce production time and cost.

Finished assemblies kitted and packaged for shipment at a Ranew's plant

Assembly

Sub-assembly and full product build, kitting, sequencing, packaging and ship-to-line logistics. Your part arrives complete, labelled, and in the order your line consumes it.

Choosing a Process

Which Service Does Your Project Actually Need?

The right process depends on the product, how it will be used, production volume and the finish required. We help you choose what fits the work.

Hidden Surfaces

When corrosion protection needs to reach inside tubes, box sections or weld seams, electrocoat provides thorough, consistent coverage in hard-to-reach areas.

Durability

For products exposed to impact, abrasion and chipping, powder coating provides a durable finish with consistent film build.

Appearance

When the customer specifies an exact color, gloss or multi-color scheme, liquid paint provides precise control over the finished look.

Multiple Processes

Some products need more than one. An e-coat primer provides corrosion protection, while a powder or liquid topcoat provides the required appearance and finish.

Quality

Quality Is Part of the Process

Ranew’s operates under ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015. Across every process, that means documented work instructions, defined inspection points and records that show the work met the requirement.

When a job calls for film-build, adhesion, dimensional or material certification data, we collect it as part of the work. First article reports and process capability studies are available when required, and corrective actions are documented through closure.
