Job Description
Production Associates are responsible for performing a variety of tasks on the production floor to support manufacturing operations. Production Associates work under supervision and rely on specific direction and instructions to complete their duties safely and efficiently.
Location: Olathe, KS Salary: $19 - $22 /hour (starting pay is based on experience and shift) Job Type: Full-time (1st Shift) Benefits: Performance Bonus, Paid Holidays, Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, 401K
Production Associate Responsibilities:
- Perform production tasks as assigned by supervisors in accordance with quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.
- Follow all safety procedures and use required PPE.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality requirements.
- Complete pre-shift equipment inspection checklists and report concerns.
- Maintain production records as required.
- Support team members and assist in meeting daily production targets.
- Operate hand tools and basic machinery as required.
- Report any equipment issues or safety hazards immediately.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
