The Social Media Specialist will be responsible for managing and curating engaging content across multiple social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, among others, for our diverse portfolio of brands and products. Additionally, you'll play a vital role in supporting the Marketing Director on various projects, such as email marketing campaigns, lead generation initiatives, and the creation of compelling website articles or blog posts. Social Media Specialist Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media content strategies for various brands and products.
- Create, schedule, and manage engaging posts across all social media platforms for multiple brands.
- Monitor and respond to audience interactions and comments on social media platforms.
- Prepare and deliver monthly analytics reports, including engagement and performance metrics for social media activities.
- Assist with online communications through our websites, email campaigns, and other digital channels.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Director on a range of marketing initiatives and campaigns, independent of social media responsibilities.
- Support Sales Managers in their day-to-day tasks to facilitate efficient operations.
- Handle various miscellaneous tasks as assigned.
Social Media Specialist Qualifications:
- Creative thinking and a passion for digital marketing.
- Proven experience in managing social media accounts for brands.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Demonstrates a strong sense of integrity, ambition, and careful attention to small details.
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to take initiative and contribute productively even in the absence of assigned tasks, although such instances are exceptionally rare in this role.
- Although not required, any skill, such as graphic design, video editing, web design, or knowledge of SEO, will be considered a substantial advantage.
