Ranew's is seeking an experienced Fabrication Supervisor to join our team in Milner, GA. The Fabrication Supervisor is responsible for planning, directing, and managing the layout, fabrication, assembly, installation, and welding of various metal structural parts. The Fabrication Supervisor must be detail oriented and have the ability to read & understand engineering drawings, layouts, fitting parts & welding of parts. This position reuires the ability to run and manage a large crew.
Fabrication Supervisor Responsibilities:
- Responsible for planning, directing, and managing the layout, fabrication, assembly, installation, and pipe welding of various metal structural parts of submarines.
- Provide technical direction over work efforts of subordinates to ensure efficient and effective accomplishment of shop operations.
- Assign and explain work or tasks to be performed by subordinates.
- Review work while in progress to ensure work is completed accurately and on time with minimum cost.
- Functionally responsible for all the members of the fabrication team concerning day to day fabrication matters.
Location: Milner, GA Salary: $18.00 to $25.00 /hour (starting pay is based on experience) Job Type: Full-time (2nd Shift)
